Tonight has been very uplifting, encouraging, exciting, challenging, & enlightening all at the same time. 7 Months ago I made the decision to run for County Commissioner. This entire campaign has been grounded in my faith in God. Monica Ortega Kuzawinski was absolutely essential in this race. It was important for me to win this race with a large margin of victory for Scott Sumners and myself because I wanted to know that this was truly the consensus of the voters. Well the numbers came out and unanimously the voters showed their support for scott and I. Our votes were almost identical, but YOU separated us from the rest by a large number. Now, it is time to begin the next leg of this journey. I want to work to make Maury great in every aspect, from schools, to safety, to jobs, to recreation. This is not my county, it is OUR county. I NEED your prayers, your support, your input. I encourage everyone to begin to schedule yourself to be at the comomission meetings or at the School Board Meetings. You are the government, your voice is your power. Thank you friends, family, contributors, supporters, voters, prayer warriors and Maury County. I look forward to serving you
