Tonight on the menu is our awesome, herb crusted prime rib cooked to med rare, hand cut rib eye steak cooked to perfection. Also, our salmon will be offered three ways, plain, honey dill butter and bruchetta. The bruchetta salmon is sauteed onions and tomatoes in a balsamic and basil sauce. We tested it last night and everybody who ordered it loved it! Lobster is also on the menu for tonight. You can have a lobster dinner or add out to any meal.
