Tonight our intense child was intense. I came home from a 10 hr work day to complete chaos. He wanted to push every button of ours just to see us light up. And you could tell his goal was to hurt everything that walked. After bath, him and i went directly to bed where i rocked him to calm him down. I squeezed him tight, I kissed him, and I gave him love pats. Instead of telling him how naughty he was, I pointed out all the good things tonight and praised him. And before I knew it, he was fast asleep in my arms. Sometimes, parents need the re-set button too.#nurturedheart
