Tonight the Smith house is having Carne asada thats been perculating in the crock pot all day. Thats flat steak mixed with 2 cans fire roasted tomatoes, 3 tbs olive oil, 1/2 cup water, garlic, cumin, 3 bell peppers sliced up...1 each red, yellow and orange and two tablespoons onion powder. Shred it all together after about 4 hours then put the crock pot lid on sideways to reduce liquid. Once thick add one can seasoned black beans, stir and whip out your tortillas. We top with grated gouda cheese.
