Tonight was a great night at pump!!! Since my cancer surgery in August I have not had good range of motion in my right arm and issues with it going numb. I have been unable to do squats and lunges with the bar on my back at the gym, frustrating. And I was told that I was going to be unable to achieve a goal I have set without being able to use the bar, very very frustrating. Well excuse me that was just the push I needed to find a solution. I went to the chiropractor, Dr Shane Riemer (my hero) who gave me some stretches to do and worked on my back and chest. Tonight I was able to do the hole squat track with the bar and my arm did not go numb!!!! This is awesome because I can now pursue the goal of becoming a Body Pump instructor!!!! I am beyond stoked!!!!
