Tonight we had Alex swim another PB to finish 4th in the 100 Back and Gabby finished 8th in the 100 Fly in her 2nd best time ever, 2nd only to her heat swim of this morning! THEN, Hailey blew her PB out of the water and won GOLD in the 400IM and Loz similarly demolished her PB and finished 7th in the final! THEN, Nick was up with the leaders all the way in the 400IM but never quite leading and then he simply flew home (final 50 was a 31 flat) and won GOLD! THEN, our medley girls swam a courageous 4x100 relay to finish in 11th! THEN, our 10x50 Girls team were magnificent and finished 2nd in their heat and 8th overall! THEN, our 10x50 Boys from lane 0 took charged out of the blocks and took 10 secs off their entry time to finish a stunning 6th against the powerhouses of NSW swimming in a fitting end to a wonderful week! Our 10x relay teams made a real statement tonight and stood tall amongst the best in the state. Well done Team NC!
