Tonight we have my take on Chicken Chili. First empty the produce draw from the refrigerator, diced sweet peppers, broccoli, peas and carrots add to one bottle of chili sauce. Also add picked off the vine banana peppers mixed hot and sweet with roasted tomatoes. Brown up a pound of sweet sausage add Chicken livers and diced gizzards. Also need two cans of black beans, mix well with salt, pepper, cumin, ginger, chili-power (a few secrets) simmer on medium heat. I think a crumble of cheddar cheese will top this nicely! To wash this down an ice cold glass of butter-milk.... Oh Boy this is going to be great...
