Tonight, (well, this morning, it seems now) I contacted our Boston television consumer advocate, Hank Phillippi Ryan and asked for her help in getting my 1925 Model 99 delivered. They gave me a new tracking number yesterday (well, day before yesterday, it seems now) and promised that it would be visible and active by Monday. It wasnt. It still isnt. Maybe Hank can help. eBay and FedEx are exasperating, and Im running out of patience. I dont want a refund. I want the machine I purchased, in the condition it was in when i purchased it. And if its been harmed, wrapped only in bubble wrap, I want reimbursement for the repairs I will make. Ugh. I sound like a whiny toddler. But I bought it on July 14, and its now August 5th. :p
