Tonight when I wake up and feel a freight train running through my head I will just relax and know i will be alright. I have worked sooo hard and overcome soo many odds that I know now that the war is over. Its all only in my head. The past is that.... The past. Today I am safe and secure in my home. I have God sitting next to me. To others that suffer or have suffered in fear or alone... please know that freedom is attainable. I have overcome! You can too. My life has gotten soooooo good and Im really soooo happy to be alive and grateful that I get to live my dream!!! Its just echoes making noise. I am moving... Found an awesome guy... Found my daughter... enjoying my music career and my children in my home are a complete delight!! dont let fear stand in your way of being in the moment :] Sleep well!
