Tonight, while changing Ruabis diaper, I learned a valuable lesson. As I removed his old, wet diaper I moved it aside with plans of whipping the new diaper quickly into its place. However, the Velcro like closure of the old diaper snagged on the new diaper, connecting them. My left hand was occupied hold Ruabis body down as he was seizing, so I used my right hand to give a whipping motion to the old diaper to dislodge the new one. Fatal mistake. The old diaper EXPLODED! I mean sitcom-like-pillow-fight-with-feathers-floating-down-around-me type explosion! Only it was not feathers falling around me. (As a man of God I promise there is no exaggeration in this post.
