Tonights SC concoction: Potato & Leek Soup. 1kg potatos diced 2 large leeks chopped roughly 150g bacon chopped roughly 4cups chicken stock A glass and a bit of white wine 3-4 Bay leaves Salt & peoper to taste Chuck all that in the SC for 4-6 hours on high or until veges are soft. Allow to cool a little and puree in batches in a blender or use a hand blender if you have one. Stir through some cream and serve with toasted dinner rolls 😊 after pic to follow...
