Tonights Specials: Soup- Heirloom tomato and basil with white truffle oil. Appetizer- Pan fried soft shell crab with cajun remoulade served over petite salad with pickled red onions, ramps and radishes. *Option to make it entree size with 2 crabs and larger salad* Sandwich- Applewood smoked chicken salad with granny smith apples, candied pecans and cranberries on choice of roll with nuts and pickles. Entree- Braised pork cheeks with parmesan polenta, sauteed fiddlehead ferns and pretty good sauce Dessert- Beer float made with Blue Lobster sub station 7 stout and Jakes chocolate nibs ice cream.
