Tonights club room presentation by Mark Cvic, VK3ABT takes the form of an Arduino Workshop. Mark has done a lot of experimentation with Arduino and will be demonstrating and discussing some of his achievements. Arduino Workshop Introduction Board Types [in stock 3 boards, shields] Background Software What is IDE , Library , install USB drivers – COM ports Hardware [2 sensors, GPS module, stepper motor, etc.] Programming Language / IDE setup Demo - how to make working LCD displays , control stepper motors with HV capacitors. Wireless Bluetooth and Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz Resources and Web Links Club Rooms meetings are held on the third Friday evening of each month in the EMDRC East Burwood Club Rooms. These meetings are quite informal and generally involve discussions of a project or presentations of a technical nature. The Club Rooms are located at the Milpara Scout Group Hall, 13A McCubbin Street Burwood. Melways reference Map 61-E7. See attachment. Entry to the hall is via the driveway from McCubbin St.. Look for the Green Letter Box, the driveway is adjacent to it. Theres plenty of parking available both in front of, and at the rear of the scout hall.
