Tonights deads workout went much better than I anticipated. The goal was 515x3x3. Got the first 2 sets and finished with 2 reps on the last set. I think I had one more in me, but the 2nd rep on set 3 felt very awkward and I choose not to go for the 3rd at the risk of injury. Glutes and hammies are still recovering from a brutal leg day on Saturday and experienced a little bit of leg shakes as the quads tried to overpower. This was a 5 pound 3 rep PR an am very happy with it. On that road to 600.
