Tonights red tray: prawn pasta I fried some red onion, mushrooms, chilli and peppers in garlic frylight, once softened I added a tin of ratatouille (syn free from morrisons) and half a tin of cherry tomatoes. A sprinkle of sweetener, Worcester sauce and tabasco. Then chucked in cooked king prawns. I served it on my courgette spaghetti , which you cant see as there is so much sauce! Absolutely delicious and ready in ten mins!
