Tonights share is such an emotional story, one I always get choked up watching, so get your Kleenex out! I am sharing this video because I want people to realize that this can happen. Jill Liston Births story is amazing. She made the final cut of the Biggest Loser. One night while at the grocery store, she ran into her nutritionist that asked her to pleeeeease call her if she didnt make the cut Because she wanted her to try her nutritional program. Jill promised she would because she thought there was no way she wouldnt make the cut. The show ended up telling her she wasnt big enough. Jill only tried our program because she had given her word to her friend. She started the program on the SAME DAY that the Biggest Losers group went to the Ranch to get started. By the end of the show, she had lost ONE HUNDRED lbs! (Over 45 Kgs!) She actually lost MORE body fat than ALL of the contestants. She also only exercised 3-4 hours a WEEK compared to their 8-10 hours a day. She went on to win our IsaBody Challenge with a $120,000 prize and since then...she has continued to inspire everyone and let them know YOU CAN DO THIS TOO!!!!!
