Tony Robins has been in my life for THE longest time , And like most mentors Are introduced And shared by those closest to ones life; i first received a book titled, " awaken the giant within". My dearest old neighbour and close friend michaela bach gave it to me. Because of the nature of our friendship, we shared common likes and dislikes and common mentors . We loved Oprah, we listened and read Louisa hay( someone she also introduced me to) and we did our best to evolve. Progress, adress our true selves and to work on who we wanted to be. We are still very close, we are still works in progress. And we still share and discuss our lives. That is a precious thing. I listened to tony today and am inspired again ,so off I go to write my goals and rituals and to raise my standard, Because as he said,"discipline weighs ounces,regret weighs tons"!
