Too many things working against me today to have an effective workout. Insanity Month 2 Week 6 Day 36 completed at 927 pm. Max Interval Circuit. Saturday at the end of my workout my left knee popped and I didnt think too much about until today because Not even 5 min into the workout it started hurting and if that wasnt enough that left ankle that gave me problems last Monday reappear again briefly. Sleepy. Tired. Hungry. I cant have all these issues tomorrow. I WILL DO BETTER TOMORROW!!! Ugh Today just hasnt been good all the way around.
