Because Matson here on Guam is charging higher price, where does Rota get their goods? Here nai. Double the price! Melchor doesnt call the shots! Now can Efraim lower the price of goods even so Guam is charging excessively? If Rota had a direct Tug Line from USA, and China then the price of goods would be more reasonable.
