Took Kaleb back for his line placement for the apheresis. Hopefully all this gets done and then we get to head home tonight. Hes such a brave boy. It is extremely hard as a parent to see your child put to sleep so much...I mean hes been through more than I have my entire 32 years. Crazy! Anyway, just as a parent to a child with cancer, please please, never ask what the childs prognosis is. Honestly, it doesnt matter and no matter what someone says to you, you will fight for your child and do whatever it takes! It never has been about that. Its always that my child is my child, he cant be compared to any statistics or any other child. I live in the present and even though I have rough days, my child is taking care of business and Im right there with him to make sure we dont ever give up. Just a FYI, not anything different has happened with Kaleb and he is still doing fantastic. Just something for people to take in to consideration.
