Took Scarlett out today and had lots of comments on how beautiful she is but also a fair amount of shes so big, it drives me nuts and instantly raises my hackles!! I hate that to me it sounds like such a put down, like they are judging her as being too fat and shes only 7 months old! Im like for god sake she still fits into some of her bigger 3 month clothing and all of her 6 month! Its not like shes into stuff out of her age range. Hubs brought up a good point that to older people, it was a compliment about how healthy your baby was because you had enough money to feed them well. I hate that my messed up body issues might affect her one day, I never want my beautiful daughter to ever have to feel bad about herself like I did for a good chunk of my life.
