Took a casual jog/fast walk this morning- 4.5 miles total in 1 hour 8 minutes. That included slowing down every half mile or so to give the dogs a tid-bit, getting Snickers out of Larry Steyearts bull-pen stock tank, getting Pepper out of the Pheasants Forever patch at east end of WCR36, etc. Had a nice finish, with a buck antelope crossing in front of us just before I turned into the driveway for home, so I went out in the field and got within about 50 yards of him. Then as soon as I got home, Melody tells me my daughter Sara is having contractions! Waiting now to see pics of my 4th grandchild!
