Took a listing last night and met the BEST tenants. They will work with me to sell the landlords home. Placed a call into another tenant, whom I feel could be the “Tenant from HELL”. Her boyfriend has already told the sellers, he will not co-operate. Does Karma balance it out this way all the time? Good tenant / Bad tenant? He is not even on the lease, we call him a Squatter.
