Took a long walk. Do the people who throw trash out of their cars know it is wrong and do it anyway or do they think it is ok. How bout if you threw it in the vacant lot next to their place? I just do not understand this level of inconsideration for others. Diapers are the worst, but the array of garbage tossed was endless and diverse. It would also be sort of nice to live somewhere where the town authorities made the property owners keep things clean. I wonder how the folks living in that new enormous and very fancy building on River Road will like looking out at the trash (including a set of kitchen cabinets) that someone pitched while driving down Oxen Hill Road?
