Took my old phone into the gadget shop opposite strand shopping centre last week they were taking all the data and photos off the phone and putting them on a usb stick & then bought the phone for spare parts, I asked the man to make sure all of the photos were put on as there were all the hospital and newborn pics of my youngest daughter that I hadnt had put onto the laptop yet, there were over 1500 photos all together, when I looked on the usb stick there was several folders all empty except one which only had 400 photos in it, so clearly no care has been taken to do the job properly, even though they were a week and a half late doing it than they said they would be. wont be going there for anything again
