Tools, lunch boxes and other articles were strewn across the right southbound lane of Route 15 after this pickup truck crashed a mile north of the Foy Avenue interchange just before 8 Thursday night. The vehicle hydroplaned in a driving rain, Old Lycoming Twp police said. The truck first hit a guardrail and then rolled at least twice, police said. All four men in the vehicle climbed out on their own, and only one had to go to the hospital by ambulance for treatment of a head injury, police said. /ph
