Top Choice Fence Is Now Hiring! We are looking to grow our business by adding to our current team of installers. We are a fast paced, professional fence company looking for individuals/teams that are experienced in the installation of many types of fencing. Our services include the various styles of fencing found in commercial, industrial, residential, and farm fencing. We are based in Daleville, IN but serve all of the Indianapolis and surrounding Central Indiana areas. We are only looking to hire professionals who are self-motivated, responsible individuals. Background checks will be performed and all candidates will be expected to pass a drug screening. Currently, all workers are paid on a 1099 format. All candidates must have, or be willing to obtain, an Indiana Workers Compensation Exemption form or provide proof of insurance. Only hard working, responsible people who are willing to work in the diverse weather conditions of Indiana need apply. Long hours and weekends are possible! Positions Available: Installation Managers/Lead Installers: Individual will manage a team of installers and laborers. This individual is required to have knowledge and experience putting in various forms of fencing. Managers are expected to work alongside his/her team, not just directing the work to be completed. This person must have good interpersonal skills as they may have direct contact with the individual owners of the job/homeowners. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record will be required for this position. Other responsibilities included in job but not listed. Pay for this position is based on a percentage of the labor earned on per job, experience and individual owned equipment used for installations (personal trucks, augers, nail guns, etc.). Individual must be able to lift heavy fence materials. Installer: This position will be a job site assistant to the Installation Manager/Lead Installer. Individual is expected to have fence experience but the right candidate can be trained. We are looking for individuals that are experienced in mixing concrete, loading and unloading of trucks, along with fence installation. An installer must be able to lift heavy fence materials. This is a percentage based pay position. Driver’s license and clean driving record a plus. Laborer: Position is for an individual with no fence experience but who is willing to learn. This person will be mixing concrete, carrying heavy fence materials, loading trucks, and other duties that go along with fence installations. This is an hourly based position.
