Top Russian lawmakers are busy now preparing a bill that will counter the Western sanctions that are to be impossed on Russian personnel, institutions and firms. What their are busy cooking in the kitchen now is basically a law that will warrant them not just to freeze American and European assets, but they will seize them as well. Too top this off, the Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey, explained that if these gentlemen are not prepared to sit down and listen, than Russias retaliation efforts do not necessarily have to be actioned in a mirrored way.
