Topic: I am under much stress at the moment, not the normal day to day stress, huge stress! I am dealing with PTSD, two autistic children, an abusive relationship with my mother, a marriage breakdown, financial stress and load more! I used to cry all the time, but lately I don’t cry much at all, even though I feel like it. I barely sleep, between nightmares and my kids waking every hour all night. I can’t stop my hands from shaking, my headaches are 24/7 now, and now my left eye twitches almost all day, every day. Am I having a breakdown? It’s almost impossible for me to go see someone because of my kids, and I have nobody who will watch them or help me in any way. I need some advices. HELP!
