Plaid Cymru Councillor Jeff Rees asked Labour Councillors to state that they would not evict tenants over the Bed Room tax but Labour Councillors of Torfaen, are supporting the Conservatives /Lib Dems Bed room tax policy by not voting yes on Councillor Rees proposal!
