Toronto is now majority non-white but the systems that govern it and the agencies that serve the populous (i.e. city hall, police, etc.) dont reflect this. This is a BIG problem. Tory not recognizing that a system built to benefit one type of person that doesnt adapt to include and respond to the realities is inherently discriminatory and ultimately costs Toronto in terms of social cohesion and in serious opportunity costs. Olivia Chow is a leader who understands the changed face of Toronto. She believes we need all people to work together to build the best Toronto possible that will work for all.
