Total Xtreme Fitness Tip: Push-ups do you do them correctly or do you sag and lose your low back ? Is your back rounded? Do you go all the way down and all way up and lock your elbows out? Push-ups are excellent excise if done correctly but if you look around the gym watch them carefully and you will see some of common mistakes I mention above this is what I call Perception training ! This is where the person he or she believe she is doing theirs exercise correctly and often times they are not doing as well as they think they are? Because your body is very smart and it knows where the easy spots of the exercise and avoids the harder part of the workouts which is call position weakness and position strength. Your body loves to go to the position strength and will always try its hardest to avoid position of weakness. Lets look @ a few pictures and see if this is some1 U know?
