Totally agree with this guy....they are racist cops out there looking for a probable cause to shoot at black people, but I think some of us are making it very easy for them (most cases).the criminal justice process is comprised of a number of stages, at which law-enforcement personnel (such as police and judges) must determine how they ought to proceed....i.e., arrest or release a suspect; convict or acquit a defendant; impose a harsh or mild sentence on a convict; etc. I think the major problem is the first stage (arrest); whether the police officer is not properly trained; he/ she is a racist or the arrestee is making it difficult for the peace officer. In my opinion, the disquieting shooting of innocent blacks in the past by incompetent white peace officers are frequently triggered by us not following instructions approximately. Just peacefully follow instructions. They are good cops too.
