Totally disappointed at the shitty customer service by Wellington Combined Taxis. Last night Joz accidentally left her iPhone in a cab. We called the company back within 5 mins of getting home saying itd been left there, followed up by numerous other calls last night and tonight. Managed to use the Find My iPhone app to track down the cabs location tonight, and followed the cab / rang Wellington Combined again to tell the cab driver to pull over. After 30 mins of tailgating the cab around WLG when he finally did, he had Jozs iPhone next to him, knew it was missing and had heard calls over their RT to hand it in. All I can say is, Im always using Uber now.
