Touch Gods Heart on Yom Kippur October 3, 2014 Share this with friends and family: Tonight begins Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement. This is the day on the biblical calendar when the High Priest would offer a blood sacrifice for the sins of all the people of Israel. According to the Talmud (Rabbinic commentaries), there were several signs that the sacrifice on Yom Kippur was NOT accepted in AD 30 and for the next forty years through the destruction of the Temple in AD 70. For example, when a Yom Kippur sacrifice WAS accepted, a scarlet colored cloth tied to the Temple door would miraculously turn white. This comes from Isaiah 1:18, “...though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow.” In AD 30 this sign stopped and never occurred again — a clear indication God did not accept the sacrifice. What happened that year when this and other supernatural signs stopped appearing? Jesus was crucified. He was the ultimate Yom Kippur sacrifice. He is our Atonement! I know this is Gods moment for Jewish revival. Please join me in prayer that many Jews will have visions of Jesus as they fast and pray in the synagogues on Yom Kippur. We have now distributed 2.6 million copies of my Jewish evangelistic books to Jewish people worldwide. The seed has been planted and this is Gods time to have mercy on Zion. Because God promises in Genesis 12:3 to bless those who bless [the Jewish people], you will touch Gods heart to grant you the desire of your heart this Yom Kippur. Catch His heart and you will catch His favor! God says in Psalm 122:6 that as you pray for the peace of Jerusalem (Jewish salvation), you will prosper!
