Tough day for me personally today.......at 4 pm I was sitting in my office and started seeing lines in front of my right eye.......and flashes of light. I drove to 4 optometrists I knew, and all 4 were on vacation. I found an opthamologist in El Segundo that would see me if I got there before 5 pm. Arrived at 4:59 pm......yikes. I dislike eye dilation greatly, but I want my sight, so we dilated, and looked at the pressure in the eye. She determined it was not the retina detaching itself.....thankfully. She thinks it was blood pressure related due to the pressure in my eye. Going to bed early, which freeks me out, but I cannot stand bright light, so TV is out......hopefully when I awake in the morning, I will be good to go.
