Tourism and Airline Studies/Business This course is designed to prepare students for employment in the tourism and travel industries. Core modules prepare students for work in the ever expanding tourism sector. Students are also offered the opportunity to choose between Airport Passenger Services, including International Academy of Travel (IAOT) accreditation, Marketing Practice or Accommodation Techniques. The Start Your Own Business module will enable students to develop the skills required to exploit business opportunities in the area. Students may avail of the opportunity to complete their work placement in an Irish airport.
