Townsend described the story as being about a traveler that is lured to a sentient planet, which feeds on the travelers fear. The traveler finds solace in an old radio and later an old phonograph. Eventually, he confronts his own fear, and his force of will to not submit to the fear liberates a woman held inside the planet, which also frees his own soul Probably one of Devin Townsends most restrain albums, but its also probably one of his best. I honestly hope they create more music under the Casualities of Cool name. Che Aimee was fantastic, dominating vocally with Devin providing backup. Even if you arent exactly a fan. Also as a side note I cant believe Devin Townsend has released nearly 4 albums this year.
