Towton Battlefield is under threat and needs your support. Selby District Council has had an appeal by Mr Reginald Robshaw against the enforcement order to vacate the site. This appeal will be heard by the Planning Inspectorate later in the year. The traveller as originally given temporary permission to stay on the site but this period has now come to an end and he has asked to leave the site. It is important that you visit the SDC web site and add your views and comments. The sheer number of comments made a significant impact in Janaury . Every comment makes a difference.
