Traci and I would like to share some news with you.. We are excited to announce it is our plan to open a new business at the Cass House Spring 2015. We will continue to operate as an Inn, Venue and Restaurant but with a new concept. This business will be independent of the Brown Butter Cookie Company and not an extension of our cookie business. Our Aunt and Uncle are in escrow with this property and escrow closes in mid December. We have had so many great experiences at the Cass House over the years. We have so much respect for Jensen and Grace and their staff and what they have built. We wish them and their team all the best with their next ventures. When we heard the Cass House was on the market we thought that maybe someday we could own this beautiful historic property. Everything fell in place sooner than we expected and here we are! We have a special place in our hearts for this property and look forward to opening to the community in the Spring. Christa
