Tracis Lenten Prayer: Oh God we call. Together we acknowledge that there are ways of being inside of our hearts that have separated us from our best selves, from you and from others. We return together, each moving towards home from different places of wounds, pain and fear. We commit to render ourselves from ways of believing, thinking and acting that hurt ourselves, hurt you and hurt others. This moment, we gather in your presence acknowledging that you exist in each of us and we have our existence in you. Thank you for being with us and for receiving all that we are because you love us without condition. Oh God we need your help as we find our way home to you and rediscover and remember to value every moment and every person as sacred gifts for our journey. We confess our need to return home in the name of Christ who rendered himself for love. Amen.
