Traders should be watching for movement in the NFL this week as - TopicsExpress

Traders should be watching for movement in the NFL this week as teams gear up for the season opener on September 5th. Examples this week include teams such as the Saints who jumped $7, the Indianapolis Colts who went from $22 to $30, and the Houston Texans who jumped $6 last week. Pre-season has yet to provide much movement for the NFL Index, but as more and more people gear up for kickoff, we expect this trend to change, particularly as practices and pre-season games become more aggressive and injuries start to mount. A season ending injury this early in the season for a key player could be disastrous for teams with a shallow depth chart. This may be the case for the Miami Dolphins with the injury to Dustin Keller and lack of depth at tight end. Other things to keep an eye on will be NCAA teams who have had impressive team scrimmage outings which have aired on ESPN-U such as the Texas Longhorns and Texas A&M Aggies. These scrimmages may change the opinions of buyers who were previously skeptical. Best of luck, and Trade On!
