Traffic Arrangements for Xie Tian Da Tia Qian Qiu Event @ Serangoon North Ave 3 #sgtrafficwatch Kong Beng Tong Temple Association is organising the Xie Tian Da Tia Qian Qiu event along Serangoon North Avenue 3 on Wednesday, 11 June 2014. To facilitate the event, the carriageway of Serangoon North Avenue 3 adjacent to Kong Beng Tong Temple in the direction of the service road leading to Block 546A, will be closed to vehicular traffic from Wednesday 11 June 2014 at 8am to Thursday, 12 June 2014 at 3am During the road closure, access into the above-mentioned road will only be granted to Police and emergency vehicles. Parking restrictions along the peripheral roads will be strictly enforced. Vehicles found parking and causing obstruction will be towed away.
