Traffic Stopper In traffic-choked Metro Manila, there’s a daily street show which is no longer a Philippine monopoly. Lively, fascinating and the gyrations of a dancing traffic officer often attract a crowd and the honk of approval and applause from drivers who cris-cross intersections. That it hasn’t caused any accident is a testament to pedestrians, drivers and the traffic officer himself. Next time I visit the Philippines, this is a must for me. Gotta see it myself in action.
