Tragic :( This is why I rant about NEVER leaving your furkid alone in the yard, not even for a minute! Dog theft running rampant in Scranton, PA - this is the 5th dog stolen in 2 days!!! We are holding out hope that somehow she can be reunited with her grieving family - including 3 children who adore and miss her terribly! Please be on the look-out for this sweet girl - she is believed to have been stolen from her yard yesterday (Tuesday) morning. She is only 7 months old, a purebred red-nose Pitbull. Her humom put her outside while she got ready for work (only about 10 minutes, as usual) and returned to find her gone... This happened at approx 6:00am on North Main Avenue (near Mt. Vernon Avenue) in North Scranton, PA. She is a friendly and gentle dog and we are all very worried about what may have happened to her. Police have refused to take the moms calls - disgusting! So please share her far & wide, as she may have been moved almost anywhere by now...
