Trained legs today & I decided to change the angle for the standard linear leg press Im used too. Every now and again I use the Smith Machine (pictured & what Im using) to help change things up. Overall, Im not a huge fan of the Smith but given the fact I rarely use this angle it gets the job done leaving me very sore the next day. You know, the soreness where you dread sitting, walking stairs, stretching or foam rolling? Yes, that soreness. I use a somewhat moderate weight, and focus on maneuvering myself to the exact spot to hammer my legs properly. If you never have done this before, be sure to use the safeties as this can be very dangerous if the weight is dropped on you obviously. Control the weight, your breathing, your mind and attack, its that simple. Does anyone else use this as an alternative angle? Be careful & enjoy! #TeamCWFIT
