Trained shoulders with Coach this morning. Did lying incline DB rear delt raises, seated DB side raises, a 50 rep DB up-set of standing side raises followed by a 50 rep drop set of the same and finally seated shoulder press machine. Then I did 3 sets of cable upright rows on my own after. Needless to say the drive home holding onto the steering wheel was tough and I also did alarm a young lady training in the gym with my groans of pain and effort whilst on the shoulder press. Lol ❤training shoulders. 💪
