Trainee Plasterer Wanted. Im looking for somebody who is training to be a plasterer whos looking for work. They need to have experience in plastering itself whether that is on site work or plastering in college. I own a construction business called Rawlins and Im looking to expand. I will work with the trainee plasterer until Im confident theyre able to complete jobs to a professional stand which then they can choose there own daily rate. Im willing to pay between £30.00-£60.00 per day depending on the current skills of the trainee. At this stage driving isnt essential as I will pick up but when working on there own this will be crucial.
