Trainers challenge: Every day this week give your dog the gift of one new experience that your dog will love. Visit a new walking spot, teach a new behavior, bring home a new toy, call your dog to come and surprise with part or all of a cheeseburger, play a new game, meet a new person, etc. Everyday help your dog to experience something new and make it an enjoyable experience. After all, dont you get to do at least one new thing every day, watch a new episode, read a new chapter in a book, go to a new store, meet a new person, see a new sight, smell a new smell or eat something new? Everyday we get to experience something new, learn something new, read or view something new. We can enrich our dogs lives by making an effort to relieve lives that may have become somewhat hum-drum. Its a small thing to do for your dog and a great new habit to adopt to notice the monotony of a dogs life. Just one new thing each day!
