B1 Seated OHP 2x6-8;2x12-20 7/115 6/130 20/65 18/65 C1 Chin-ups 5x12-15 12/BW 12/BW 12/BW 12/BW 12/BW Solid day. Hahaha my shoulders keep trembling haha. My plus for the day was...NO SHOULDER PAIN. I am winning. After watching the video, I noticed I need to make sure to keep my upper back tight while locking out.
